Kettlebell

I have been telling myself to get motivated in exercising and body fitness. For a few days I get active but then later on I start tapering off. I really want to burn the fat especially on my belly area. Maybe if I have the right body fitness tool such as Kettlebell, I would be more dedicated. I can’t say that for sure though because I bought a body ball to help me exercise but the ball ended up sitting on a shelf in the corner and I seldom use it.
